How It Works

Four steps. Zero calls.
All by email.

No discovery calls. No sales meetings. No "let's hop on a Zoom." We respect that pastors are busy — the entire process happens by email and form. Most pastors get a preview of their new site in their inbox within 48 hours of ordering.

01

Pay your setup fee

Secure checkout via Stripe. Takes 30 seconds. Plans start at $149 — pick the tier that fits your church. No invoices, no quotes, no contracts.

02

Fill out the form

5-minute intake — service times, denomination, photos, sermon links, and the visual style you want. That's everything we need.

03

Preview in 48 hours

Within 48 hours, we'll email you a private preview link to your new site. Open it on your phone, share it with your team, sleep on it.

04

Approve, then live

Reply with edits or your approval. Once you give us the green light, we connect your domain and the site goes live — usually within a few hours of approval.

Built for the Mission

Most church sites are brochures.
Ours aren't.

A church website should do what the church exists to do: introduce people to Jesus. Every one of our templates includes five elements designed to take a curious visitor — even one who'd never set foot in a church — and gently invite them toward faith.

01

The Story Thread

A scroll-triggered section partway down the homepage that walks visitors through the Gospel in 4 visual scenes — God's love, our brokenness, Jesus' rescue, the invitation. Designed to be encountered organically, not preached.

A teenager scrolling through your site to find service times sees a 30-second visual story of the Gospel. No popup. No pressure. Just clarity.
02

"Exploring Faith" Pathway

A second CTA alongside "Plan a Visit" — for visitors who aren't ready to walk into a building yet. It leads to a low-pressure page: what we believe, how to start exploring, a person they can email anonymously.

An atheist coworker forwarded your site by a Christian friend can engage without committing to Sunday morning. They start a conversation, not a relationship.
03

Real Stories

Built-in section featuring 2–3 short testimonies from real people in your church — "I came to faith here in 2022," "I was an atheist for 15 years," "I came back after my divorce." Story disarms what doctrine can't.

A skeptic browsing reads a story from someone who used to think exactly like them — and is now part of a community. That's evangelism without the sermon.
04

The Next Step Pathway

Most sites bury "How do I become a Christian?" three clicks deep. We surface it. A clear "Next Steps" section branches based on where the visitor is — exploring, ready to follow Jesus, want to be baptized, want to join.

Someone who watched your sermon online and is ready to give their life to Christ has a clear path forward — not a contact form for "general inquiries."
05

Scripture & Quote Element

Throughout the site, brief quotes drop into transitions between sections — a verse, a Lewis line, a Tim Keller line. Adds a quiet, contemplative undertone. Reminds visitors this isn't a business — it's a community formed around something true.

Between your "About" section and "Sermons," a single line: "For God so loved the world..." — pulled from Scripture or a trusted Christian writer. Subtle, but present.

Pick your tone — bold, or warm.

Every church handles evangelism differently. In our intake form, you'll choose between Bold & Direct (clear Gospel call, evangelistic language up front) or Warm & Inviting (story-led, conversational, low-pressure). Same five elements — calibrated to how your church speaks.

How We Compare

Cheaper than a designer.
Better than a template.

Pastors usually have three options for getting a website: hire a designer ($2,000–$10,000), use a DIY builder (Wix, Squarespace, $20+/month forever), or pay a church platform ($30–$200/month forever). We're a fourth option: church-specific templates, customized for you, at a fraction of the cost.

Frequently Asked

Questions, answered.

No sales calls, but we want you to feel confident before you order. Here are the questions pastors ask us most often.

How can you possibly do this for $149 when designers charge thousands?

Two reasons: (1) We've streamlined our design process so each site takes hours, not weeks. (2) We do volume — by serving lots of churches at the same low price, we don't need each project to fund a designer's full-time salary. The savings go to you.

What does "48 hours" actually mean? What if I order on a weekend?

48 hours from when we receive your completed intake. If you order Monday morning, you'll get a preview by Wednesday morning. If you order Saturday at 9pm, you'll get a preview by Monday at 9pm — we don't work weekends. The 48-hour clock starts when we get your intake form submission, not from your payment time.

What if I don't like the design?

You get 30 days of unlimited edits after launch — that's plenty of time to refine the design until you love it. Email us what you want changed and we'll update it within 1–2 business days. If you genuinely hate the entire direction, we'll start over in a different style. If after that you're still not happy, we refund your setup fee within 7 days, no questions asked.

Do I have to use a sales call to get started?

No. We don't do sales calls — pastors are busy. The entire process is by email and form. Pay, fill out the intake, get your site by email. If you have questions before ordering, email us or use the live chat in the corner.

What's included in the $19/month?

Hosting (your site stays online and fast), SSL certificate (the padlock in browsers), edit requests according to your plan's monthly allowance, email support, software updates, and ongoing care. Cancel anytime — your site comes down 30 days after cancellation.

Can I use my existing domain (e.g., mychurch.org)?

Yes. After your site is built, we send simple instructions to point your domain at your new site. If you don't have a domain yet, we can register one for you (~$15/year, billed at cost).

What if I want to leave?

Cancel anytime in your account or by email. No contracts, no cancellation fees, no awkward calls. We'll keep your site up for 30 days after cancellation in case you change your mind, then take it down.

How does the design process actually work?

You fill out an intake form telling us about your church — service times, denomination, photos, and which of our nine visual styles you'd like. We design a site tailored to your church and a real person reviews it for accuracy and polish. Within 48 hours of your order, you'll have a private preview link in your inbox. Reply with edits or approval, and once you approve, we launch on your domain — usually within hours.

Can I see examples before ordering?

Yes — scroll up to "The Catalog" section. Those are real examples of the nine visual styles we offer. Your site will look like one of those, customized with your church's content, colors, and photos.

What kind of edits can I request?

Anything within the structure of your site: change wording, swap photos, add/remove pages, update service times, change colors, adjust the layout, add new sermons. Each request counts as one edit. If you ever want to switch to a totally different visual style, we'll rebuild the whole site for free once per year.

Is there a contract?

No. Pay your setup fee to get started. Pay your monthly hosting to keep it online. Cancel anytime. That's the entire arrangement.

Which tier should I pick?

Most churches land in Standard ($349) — it's the most popular for a reason. Pick Starter ($149) if you have under 100 weekly attendance, a single location, and just need a clean, simple presence. Pick Multi-Site ($799) if you have 2+ campuses, need multi-language, or want custom integrations like Planning Center. Not sure? Pick Standard — you can downgrade later.

How do edit requests actually work?

You get 30 days of unlimited edits after your site launches — this is your "tune it until it's right" period. After day 30, your tier's monthly limit kicks in (3 for Starter, 6 for Standard, 10 for Multi-Site). Submit edit requests through our online edit portal (or by email) — we handle them within 1–2 business days. Edits don't roll over, but you can buy extra edits any time at $25 each. Most churches use 1–2 edits a month after the initial launch period, so the limits are very rarely hit.

What counts as one edit request?

An edit request is one related set of changes you submit at once. "Update Sunday service time, add a new staff member, swap the homepage photo" submitted together = one request. "Change service time" submitted Monday and "add staff member" submitted Wednesday = two requests. Major work — adding a new page, redesigning a section, integrating a new tool — counts as multiple requests or may need a separate quote, but we'll always tell you in advance.

What Pastors Say

Real churches.
Real fast.

"
I'd been putting off our website redo for two years because every quote was over $3,000. Paid $349 on a Tuesday afternoon, had a beautiful preview in my inbox by Thursday morning, approved it that same day, live by the weekend. I'm still in shock.

What I appreciated most: no sales calls. As a busy pastor, the last thing I have time for is a 30-minute Zoom about a website. Filled out the form on my phone, paid, done. Edits handled by email since.

Our 130-year-old congregation finally has a website that doesn't look like 1995. They captured our heritage and modern feel — it actually feels like ours. And $19/month is a no-brainer.

First, the basics.

Tell us who you are and where to find you.

Pick a style.

Which of our nine site styles feels closest to your church? You can change your mind later — we'll talk through it.

Pick the family of colors that fits your church's vibe. We'll choose the exact shades from this palette family. Or pick "Custom" if you have specific brand colors already.

Every site we build includes built-in evangelistic elements (Gospel story thread, Exploring Faith pathway, Real Stories section, Next Step pathway, Scripture quotes). How direct should the language be?

What goes on it?

Help us understand what your site needs to do for your church.

e.g., "Sundays 9am & 11:15am, Wednesdays 7pm Bible study"

Pick all that apply. We'll prioritize together.

A sentence or two on who you are. We can help you sharpen it later.

Are there 1–3 church (or non-church) websites whose vibe you love? Paste URLs here.

Evangelism Content

A few questions about your church's evangelism elements. Don't sweat these — short answers are great, and we'll polish whatever you give us.

2–4 sentences in your own words on the heart of the Gospel as your church proclaims it. We'll use this to inform the Story Thread section. If you skip this, we'll use a denominationally-appropriate default.

2–3 short testimonies from real people in your church (with their permission). Even one paragraph each is fine. These will appear in the "Stories" section. If you don't have any yet, we'll create placeholders you can fill in later.

When a visitor wants to talk to a real person about exploring faith, who's the best contact? Name and email. If you skip this, the form will route to your main church email.

Last one. How do we reach you?

After you submit, we'll send you to a secure Stripe checkout for your selected plan's setup fee. Once payment clears, we start building. You'll have a preview in your inbox within 48 hours.

What Happens Next
  1. You'll be sent to Stripe to pay your plan's setup fee (secure, encrypted, takes 30 seconds)
